eTollPass offers two account products for drivers and motorcyclists who regularly travel on Australian toll roads. Compare below to see which account suits your payment preferences.

Payment options

Automatic payment option
Automatic payment by direct debit, or credit/debit card
Your next payment is automatically triggered,when your account credit reaches $15.
Your account has a minimum top-up amount of $25

Manual payment option
If you prefer to make manual payments, you can top up your account by direct debit, credit card or Visa/Mastercard debit card online or by calling 1300 88 53 67. You can also top up your account by online at a Online Portal.

You will receive a notification advising you when you need to top up.
Your account has a minimum manual top-up amount of $10.

Multiple tags

You can have multiple tags on your eTollPass Tag account. If your tag is no longer required, return it to any Service NSW Center

If you do not return your tag/s a $40 non-return tag fee will apply.

Eligible concession holders

Eligible pensioners and war widows can receive statements by post for free.

Consulates and Diplomats, Drivers with disability (with vehicle-modified hand controls) and those totally and permanently incapacitated are exempt from paying tolls on the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Harbour Tunnel.

These accounts can only be opened at SNSW Service centres on the production of required evidence.

Motorcyclists

You can register motorcycle licence plate numbers on your eTollPass Tag account. Motorcyclists do not need to carry a physical tag.

Towing a vehicle

If you are towing another vehicle, your account will automatically be charged the appropriate toll. You do not need a tag for the vehicle being towed, but you need to make sure you have registered the licence plate number of both the vehicle and the vehicle being towed on your eTollPass Tag account.
